The plugin is available in three packages, each with a one-time fee: Professional ($ 49.99 – one site), Developer ($ 99.99 – multi-site) and Platinum ($ 149.99 – multi-site). All packages include 60 days of technical support and all future updates and improvements in that package. Add-ons are available only in the Platinum package.

Appointment Booking Calendar review

Appointment Booking Calendar is a WordPress booking plugin that lets you create forms for accepting online bookings, with the option to link them to an online payment process. The booking form also includes useful features like an availability calendar for selecting time-slots, price calculation and coupon codes. Once the information is filled in, the form is submitted to the server, an email is sent with the data and the data is saved into a database.

The plugin offers you the scope for customization by letting you add, edit and remove fields and specify validation rules. You have the option of using special fields for creating forms with multiple pages – for instance, you can include a summary page at the end that lets the user check the information filled in before submitting the form. You can also add dependent fields for situations where the information required in one field varies according to the information filled in a previous field.

To extend these basic features of the forms, you get a number of add-on modules too. These let you integrate the calendar with external web services like SalesForce, Zapier (and its related services), Google reCAPTCHA, Facebook, Twitter and more.

Appointment Booking Calendar also comes with default PayPal integration, letting you connect the form to a payment process that takes the amount payable from a fixed value specified by you or from a field in the form. Through the add-ons, you can connect to the WooCommerce payment process, or connect to Mollie-iDEAL, Skrill, Stripe, WorldPay, PayTM or RedSys.

The plugin also offers compatibility with the appearance of your website apart from its strong functionality. Included with it are many predefined designs and templates for the forms, with a range of colors and field structures that you can choose from to be in perfect sync with the design of your WordPress site.
